Welcome to home page of Mid-Atlantic Laborers’ Cooperation Trust (LECET). The Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA) has partnered with its signatory contractors to create LECET along with our sister funds, the Health and Safety Fund, and the Laborers– AGC Training and Apprenticeship program. 

The goal of Mid-Atlantic LECET is to generate business opportunities for existing union contractors, jobs for union members, and to market to open shop contractors the advantage of working union. 

Mid-Atlantic LECET believes that it has created a better model for success than the traditional open shop model. This model combines traditional union strengths of state-of-the-art training and apprenticeship programs, safe and productive workers who take pride in their work with new and innovative features.
